My Billionaire Zoo Auto Roll Filter Guide

Auto Roll presses the roll button for you and the filter decides which pets it is allowed to keep. Set it wrong and the rare pet you just hit is replaced before you can read it. Checked October 14, 2026.

Auto Roll: 10 rebirth points, then a filter that can cost you pets

Unlock cost: 10 rebirth points on the Upgrades board. The same board sells Cash Boost, Rebirth Buttons, Multi Roll, Luck Boost, and Gems Per Min, so the points are spent once.

What the filter does: the Auto Roll panel lists the game's rarities and lets you toggle them. A toggled rarity stops the automatic roll; an untoggled one is rolled straight past.

The recorded failure: in a creator recording published August 15, 2026, the filter was left off for the lower rarities, and a Goat plus an Epic Alligator that triggered the full-screen 1 in 140 animation were both overwritten on the pedestal.

A rarity label is not a cash amount: the filter decides whether a pet survives the next roll; it does nothing about the price. Keep enough cash to buy the pet your filter stops on, or it stays unbought on the pedestal.

Setup

Set the filter in the order that avoids a lost pet

Five steps, in the order the game presents them. The filter choice is the step that decides whether a rare roll survives.

1

Bank 10 rebirth points on the Upgrade board

Auto Roll is bought on the Upgrades board next to the pen, not in the Robux store. The board lists Gems Per Min, Luck Boost, Multi Roll, Rebirth Buttons, and Cash Boost beside it; the price read on screen was 10 rebirth points in the August 15, September 1, and October 14, 2026 recordings.

2

Open the Auto Roll panel and read the rarity toggles

After purchase a yellow Auto Roll button appears on the plot. Its panel lists the rarities one by one — Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical, Divine, and Secret were all visible in the August 15 and September 1, 2026 recordings.

3

Turn on every rarity you refuse to lose

A toggled rarity stops the automatic roll. An untoggled one does not. If Epic is off when an Epic pet lands, the next automatic roll replaces it on the pedestal before you touch it.

4

Keep the cash for the pets you stop on

Stopping the roll does not buy the pet. An Epic Alligator read $1M and an Epic-odds Horse read $300M in the October 14, 2026 recording, so a stopped pedestal still needs the cash in hand to be placed.

5

Watch the notice that the roll stopped itself

When the automatic roll runs out of cash it halts and reports that it could not afford the pet. That message is the signal to buy or discard what is on the pedestal before restarting the roll.

Warning

The failure mode to configure against

The costly mistake in the recordings was not a bad roll; it was a cheap roll replacing an expensive one.

The loss: a Goat was skipped first, then an Epic Alligator that played the full-screen rarity animation was overwritten while the filter was still off for those rarities. Both were gone before any purchase prompt was answered.

The rule that follows: toggle on every rarity whose price you can already pay. Leaving a rarity you can afford untoggled turns a lucky roll into a lost one.

The other loss: leaving it on with an empty balance stops the run instead of helping, so top the cash up before an idle session and check back on the notice.

Honest gaps

What no recording has settled

These are open questions on this page rather than lines filled in with a guess.

Multi-stop behaviour: whether the filter can hold more than one rarity at a time was never shown; the recorded setups toggled several, and one of them still skipped a wanted pet.

Post-update wording: the filter panel was read fully in the August 15 and September 1, 2026 sessions. The October 14 session is the only one after the October 12 update and it shows the unlock on the board, so read the panel wording on your own screen.

Where to confirm: the Upgrades board price and the Auto Roll panel itself are the two in-game screens this page can be checked against.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Auto Roll

Unlock cost, filter behaviour, and the difference between rolling and collecting.

How do you get Auto Roll in My Billionaire Zoo?

Buy it on the Upgrades board with 10 rebirth points. Rebirth points come from resetting, so Auto Roll competes with Cash Boost, Multi Roll, Luck Boost, and Gems Per Min for the same currency.

Why did Auto Roll throw away a pet I wanted?

Because that pet's rarity was not toggled on in the Auto Roll filter. The filter decides which rarities stop the roll; anything not toggled is replaced by the next automatic roll. A Goat and an Epic Alligator were both lost that way in the August 15, 2026 recording.

Does Auto Roll buy the pet automatically?

No. It rolls and holds. The pedestal still asks for cash, and an unaffordable roll cannot be placed, which is why the automatic roll stops when the cash runs out.

Which rarities can the filter stop on?

The panel listed Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical, Divine, and Secret in the recordings checked. Whether it can stop on several rarities at once, or only narrow the field, was not shown on screen — test it on a cheap rarity before trusting it with a Mythical.

Is Auto Roll the same as Auto Collect?

No, and they are bought in different places. Auto Collect is a paid pass that sweeps cash for you; Auto Roll is an upgrade-board purchase that presses the roll button for you. A session that owned Auto Roll but not Auto Collect still had to walk the pen to pick money up.

Is Auto Roll worth 10 rebirth points?

It removes the manual button pressing, and it adds a way to lose pets you never clicked on. If the pets you care about are the cheap ones, the points may do more on Gems Per Min or Multi Roll first.
